I love her expressions in these two. It shows all her hard work as a little cowgirl! She is silly!

Cowgirl

Sadie LOVES her cowgirl boots! She had a little bit of a hard time walking in them at first but now she does pretty well. I promised her a "na-cone" (ice cream cone) if she would keep the hat on and let me take some pictures of her playing. It was overcast all morning but Lucy slept until 10:30 for some reason. So then when we finally got to our picture destination the sun popped out and ruined my perfect overcast lighting! Darn! But we had fun and got a ton of pictures that Chris and I just LOVE!

We HAD to have those as party favors in the party buckets, since they are her favorite! (I was just showing Sadie all the pictures and I was pointing to the people and asking her who they were and she was telling me their names. And then I pointed to the one of her in her birthday crown and I asked who it was and she said, "princess" Too cute!)

This picture of Sophi is my absolute favorite! And Vivian's feet in the sand bucket is too cute. I got this bucket thing to fill with sand so the kids could find sea shells in it but they all wanted to sit in it. Too bad we don't have a sand box.
Evka was singing happy birthday to Sadie. She says "Happy Cake You!"

I was trying to get Sadie to look at me so I asked her where my nose was. So she is pointing! She is eatting her fishy cracker.

Birthday Bash

Here are pictures of Sadie's 2nd Birthday. She had a lot of fun. We were a little discouraged when we woke up to thunder and pooring rain; but it pretty much cleared up and was just overcast (which was nice because it wasn't burning hot). And you know kids, they'll swim in any kind of weather. But I didn't get the outside decorated as much as I had planned because of it raining all morning. Everything went well though. Thank you to everyone who helped and to those of you that came. We all had a blast!

Okay here they are for real.

Okay, here is the outside of the house so far. All the exterior wood they will stain later. They just added the front door today, which was a surprise because this morning he said it would be in next week! FUN! So here is the exterior.

Pictures of our house. I didn't include on of the outside because I need to go take an updated picture. They just did the driveway and walkway and put the garage door in and did tree wells around the trees. It is looking so good. We met with the deck guy today and he drew up something really nice. These pictures are of my craft area, the hallway (from the bonus room) to all the bedrooms, the entry (with the brick arch) standing in the formal living-looking toward the kitchen, the bonus room with game closet (the arch into the laundry/craft room), and the kitchen. The countertops are in as well, but these were taken before then. It is looking so good. We can't wait to be in it.
