First off is Sea World. We got season passes in Nov. when Chris' parents were here. We have already gotten our money out of them! The girls LOVE to go! They always have so much fun! We have gone twice now and we still haven't done all that we have wanted to do! This time we saw the Shamu show:
had lunch, fed the dolphins:
and rode on a bunch of the rides! They loved them. Lucy could even go on them if an adult was with her. So it was fun!
Everyone was so tired by the time we got in the car.
When Lucy falls asleep in the car, you KNOW she is tired! She hardly ever sleeps in the car! But she gave up the fight.
Chris and I were laughing so hard because my Mom's head just kept getting lower and lower! I took two other pictures before this at each stage and then Chris said, "We're in stage 3 take another!" Anyway it was funny! We love you Mom!And here's Chris and I driving! We figured we took a picture of everyone else, why not us!
We also took Grandma and the girls to see Playhouse Disney Live! We had such a good time! We had tickets for us to go that we were giving the girls for Christmas and then my Mom decided last minute that she was going to come out for Christmas. When I realized she would be here the day of the show I was anxious to see if we could still get tickets. We were able to get them and have one just across the isle and up one. But since Lucy was on my lap the whole time she just sat with us! We had so much fun. The girls LOVED it! It was so cute to see Lucy loving it! She would be the first to clap and yell "YEAH!" She was so excited! And Sadie had fun dancing and singing along to all the songs! We were also so excited that our friend's the Bates were able to come too! They gave the same gift to their girls! So it was such a fun day! After it was over we went to McDonalds for some more fun and some food! Oh, we weren't supposed to even have cameras, but we did and so we were sneaky and got a few pictures. So some of them are a little blurry because we were being quick, but you still get the fun!
I promise Sadie had a fun time! Who even knows what this fit was about!
We also went bowling with Grandma but I can't seem to find those pictures right now. If I find them I will post them. But that catches us up on our Christmas fun!

HAHAHAHAHA! Lanae your mom's picture totally cracked me up - I wasn't even expecting it. HA! Very fun! You have to be the most photogenic person I know - you look wonderful even when Sadie is the photographer! ha!
YEAH!! That is so fun. We had a blast and can't wait to go to Sea World with you guys. I love to sleeping pics. Your poor mom is so mad at you right now!!!

How FUN!!! I'm glad you are still posting all of your CHRISTMAS fun! That picture of mom sleeping is HILARIOUS! I'm jealous of your x-mas events...Sea World and Playhouse Disney LIVE! I would love both! I'm glad you snuck a camera in...good work. You've got to document those fun times.
hey, now....that's not fair....on well, I'm old...what can I say?
Who was your TERRIFIC photographer for most of these pictures? She did a pretty decent job on capturing the moments, didn't she? Hey, everybody I WAS there too....just this time, I was the photographer....because I wanted to get pictures with Lanae in them too...instead of her being the photographer on the family outings. All these pictures bring warmth to my heart, because I WAS THERE and I know the FUN that was had! I loved Sea World (and my nap aparently) I am always sleepy in Austin for some reason...not really tired, just heavy eyes...weird.
Anyway, the Disney production was a blast, and seriously folks, LUCY WAS THE MOST APPRECIATIVE AUDIENCE MEMBER there! She literally squealed in delight at the appearance of each character. And she was the FIRST one to get the JOKES....you could hear her laugh FIRST of anybody, at the appropriate times! She loved it! She clapped FIRST, every time...to show her appreciation for the things the performers were doing on stage. It was adorable!!! I couldn't believe how into it she was! Thanks for taking me to the show there with you guys! What a great Christmas present...you made a dream of mine come true!
PS I forgive you for posting (the only picture of me of the trip) one being the top of my head. hehehehe
